DIRECTION FOR USE:
Apply a small amount of Brilliant Skin Micellar Deep Cleansing Water on a cotton pad and spread evenly on the face and neck in an upward motion. For removal of waterproof makeup, press the cotton pad firmly on your skin the wipe lightly. Do not rub harshly. No rinsing required.
